     By accessing or using FastForward TMS, provided by Pysar Infotech, users agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If users disagree with any of the terms, they should not use the platform. This acceptance forms a legally binding agreement between the user and Pysar Infotech.
  1. Use of Service
    Pysar Infotech grants users a limited, non-transferable license to use FastForward TMS solely for its intended purpose of transport management. Unauthorized activities, such as attempting to access restricted areas, reverse-engineering, or copying platform features, are strictly prohibited. Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

If users suspect unauthorized access, they should immediately inform Pysar Infotech.
  1. Fees and Payments
  • Subscription Fees: FastForward TMS is a subscription-based service with recurring fees. Payments must be made in advance, and fees are generally non-refundable. Pysar Infotech will inform users of the specific payment terms upon subscription.
  • Unpaid Fees: Accounts with unpaid fees will not have access to the application until all payments are current.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights
    All content within FastForward TMS—including designs, trademarks, logos, and software code—is owned by Pysar Infotech. Users cannot copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit permission. Violating this section may result in legal action by Pysar Infotech.
  1. Data Privacy
    Data collection and usage practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using FastForward TMS, users agree to these data practices, which are necessary for account management, service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.
  1. Termination of Service

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pysar Infotech and its affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or expenses that may result from their use of FastForward TMS or from violating these terms. This provision ensures that users bear responsibility for their own actions on the platform.

    Pysar Infotech may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with evolving regulations or improve service. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
